Type of presentations: PhD students / young researchers will be able to submit an abstract to request an oral or poster presentation. The organizing committee will validate the oral/poster format and will inform the authors in due date. Oral presentations will consist in 20 min talks including typically 15 min of formal presentation (in English) and 5 min of discussion. Posters (preferably in A0 portrait format) will be shown throughout the day in the dedicated space and will be presented during the lunchtime. Short 3-min flash presentations of posters will also be made possible to the presenting student for highlighting the work carried out and main results.

Abstract submission: Abstract (2 pages max.) should conform to the associated template of the conference, be written in English, and the name of the presenting author should be underlined. Submission should be done via the dedicated "Submit an abstract" page.

Registration fees:

• PhD student (= with valid ongoing student card): 10 eur including taxes
• Researcher/Industrial with valid SF2M adhesion: 50 eur including taxes
• Researcher/Industrial not adherent to SF2M: 70 eur including taxes

The registration fees include the access to all talks and poster session, as well as coffee breaks and lunch buffet.
